Engines of Innovation and Government Excellence.

Strategic programs designed for local empowerment and urban resilience.

The Americas Conference of Mayors (ACM) drives progress in the Western Hemisphere through flagship programs such as the International Center for Government Excellence (ICGE), which empowers municipalities to lead with innovation, integrity, and measurable results. Likewise, our International and Regional Missions connect leaders from the Americas with other continents and regions, fostering the exchange of best practices, cross-border collaboration, and the adoption of shared visions for global development.

We complement this work with the International Training Program, focused on the development of managerial capabilities and municipal empowerment through expert mentorships and results-oriented partnerships. Furthermore, in strategic collaboration with ACU and the University of New Mexico, we promote the Postdoctoral and Postgraduate Institute, a high-level academic initiative that strengthens applied research in public policy and government, ensuring that the management of municipal leaders has solid technical and scientific backing to transform communities.
